Designed by Sue Hagerman The three-tier wedding cake has a solid base (Domtar papers – Blue Ice color) with paper flowers, circles, and base stripe from PDQ Vivid and Ocean Orange. It is surrounded with pearl strands and sprinkled with single pearls. The top features flowers with pearl centers. I was inspired to create this by one of my favorite TV shows ‘the Ace of Cakes’ (Food Channel) and numerous Cake Challenges, also on the Food Channel. This cake stands 5” tall and the base is 4 3/’8” square. (I had to research origami, to find out how to fold paper into a box, and then figure out how to get them to stick together, it was crazy … but fun!)
