Trim piece of dark blue card stock to 7"
x 11". Fold in half. Inside should be white. Cut out 6" x 5"
rectangle from patterned Bisous Faux Blue Green Vellum paper. Cut out moon
and stars from Bisous Sleepy Time Cutouts. Use moon as template to trace an
oval onto patterned paper and cut out with art knife. Use this patterned paper
with the oval cutout to create another template to cut out the front of your
card. Place on dark blue card stock and sketch an oval 1/4" inside of
the oval so that you have a border of dark blue cardstock. Cut this oval out
with art knife. Tear one piece of vellum 5" long for title. Write Congratulations
onto this and ink. Cut 3 separate 1.5 x 1.5" pieces of vellum and write
"On" "Your" "Blessing" consecutively on each
one and ink. Alternatively you could print all of these onto vellum using
a font on your computer and then cut them out and tear the title.Cut 3 1.5
x 1.5" squares from patterned paper.
